Top 7 Guns For Mid and Long Range in Warzone (Best Loadout)

Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about the best Warzone loadout when it comes to mid to long-range weapons. This is, of course, my personal opinion.

However, I am a professional CoD Warzone booster here at Boosting Factory and it’s my job to know these things, so if you don’t fully agree with my list, that’s fine, however, I guarantee it’s at least sufficiently good for 99% players out there.

Without further ado, let’s dig in!

Best Warzone Loadout For Mid to Long Range

I will now rank these guns from number 7 to number 1, therefore, number 1 is the best while number 7 is the last on the list (not worst, just not as good as the 1, 2, and 3).

7. Krig 6

Krig is very similar to Modern Warfare’s Kilo, very easy to control and use but only has two damage profiles when it comes to range falloff. The first shorter range profile is 45 dmg headshot, 33 chest and 30 for extremities. Beyond 41 meters, it’s 38 damage for a headshot, 28 for chest and 25 for extremities.

Krig sadly doesn’t have a barrel that will increase your bullet velocity which is what I prefer, however, due to the ease of control it’s a decent weapon, just not the top 3 in my opinion.

Regarding the class setup, I suggest the following:

• Muzzle: Agency Suppresor
• Barrel: 19.7” Ranger
• Optic: Axial Arms 3x
• Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
• Ammunition: 45 Rnd

Agency Suppressor is used because this is a mid to long-range class setup, not a short-range where you would go with the regular suppressor. 19.7” Ranger gives us bullet velocity, field agent grip to control recoil, once again 3x scope, and the mag for more ammo to round it up.

6. Kilo 141

Kilo is extremely easy to use, it’s an excellent Assault Rifle with very low recoil. It was slightly nerfed with the third falloff range added which starts at 81 meters of range further lowering your long-range damage. It now has However, the ease of use still makes it a great choice especially for new players who can’t control recoil well.

• Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
• Barrel: Singuard Arms 19.8” Prowler
• Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
• Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip/li>
• Ammunition: 60 Round Mags

The Monolithic suppressor goes into basically all Modern Warfare assault rifles because it gives you damage range and sound suppression. The 19.8” barrel is used also for the damage range and recoil control. With the VLK optic, commando foregrip, and 60 round mags you round up the setup nicely.

5. FARA

The recent changes to FARA and Cold War optics really made FARA a viable choice in medium to long-range with super-fast time to kill. FARA has two range falloff damage profiles unlike Kilo meaning it’s slightly better in the long-range.

• Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
• Barrel: 19.5” Liberator
• Optic: Axial Arms 3X
• Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip
• Ammunition: Spetsnaz 60 Rnd

For the muzzle, we go with the GRU Suppressor since we want the bullet velocity and highest possible damage on mid to long-range. For the barrel we want the 19.5” Liberator to once again get Bullet Velocity and make the weapon as “hit-scanny” as possible. Spetsnaz grip for reduced recoil, the mag for more ammo, and once again the 3x scope.

4. Kar98k

Kar is probably one of the best if not the best sniper in Warzone. Even though recent buffs to snipers including Swiss has made them more viable, I still prefer the Kar. It’s extremely easy to use and has that MW aim assist component to it. Its ADS is quite fast which makes it great for taking a shot, then moving, then ADSing again.

• Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
• Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6”
• Optic: Sniper Scope
• Stock: STVOL Precision Comb
• Laser: Tac Laser

Once again we use the Monolithic Suppressor for the same reasons as above, the Singuard barrel for the highest damage on long-range, Tac Laser for the ADS speed and stability during ADS. Regular Sniper Scope and Precision Comb stock for more aiming stability to round it up. Therefore, we want the stability, ADS speed and long-range damage on our Kar.

3. AK-47

While mentioning AK and mid to long-range doesn’t sound intuitive, it’s because it isn’t. However, AK is currently one of the most versatile weapons in the entire game. However, with the class setup I’m going to show you, it works on mid to long-range, and quite well.

• Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
• Barrel: 20” Spetsnaz RPK Barrel
• Optic: Axial Arms 3X
• Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip
• Ammunition: 45 Rnd

For the muzzle use the GRU Suppressor, for the barrel we use the 20” Spetsnaz RPK because of effective damage range and bullet velocity. Classic 3x T-pose scope, Spetsnaz grip to control recoil and a 45 ammo magazine to round it up.

2. Ram-7

In the second place I’ve put Ram-7. It fits keyboard and mouse players more than joystick players as well. Unlike other assault rifles, Ram’s recoil kicks up left and not up-right, therefore, you’ll need a few days with it to get used to it first. It has super-fast fire rate meaning that with consistent shots it has a fast time to kill.

• Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
• Barrel: FSS Ranger
• Optic: VLK 3.0x
• Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
• Ammunition: 50 Round Mags

Once again we have a Monolithic suppressor, FSS Ranger barrel due to three key features which are damage range since this is a mid to long-range class setup, bullet velocity to make it more hitscan, and recoil control. Commando Foregrip which won’t hurt our ADS speed, the classic 3x scope, and the 50 round mag to round it up.

1. Amax

And now for our grand winner, the Amax! Even with the damage nerfs, the gun is still incredibly good. Many pro players like me use it due to the insane damage potential. The recoil can get nasty on consoles on long-range but if you play on 120 field of view it should be manageable.

• Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
• Barrel: XRK Zodiac
• Optic: VLK 3.0x
• Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
• Ammunition: 45 Round Mags

And the last Monolithic Suppressor in this guide, I promise. XRK Zodiac barrel for damage range, bullet velocity, and recoil control, exactly the same as the barrel on Ram. 3x scope, Commando Foregrip so we don’t sacrifice ADS speed and 45 round mags to round up the best mid to long-range class setup in Warzone.
