When Does CoD MW 2 & Warzone 2 Season 5 Release?

Modern Warfare 2 Season 5 will come out on August 2, 2023, at 9 a.m. PT, 12 p.m. ET, and 5 p.m. BST, according to a tweet from Infinity Ward's Call of Duty account.

But this date is a little earlier than many people thought it would be. This could be because rumours say the Modern Warfare 3 reveal is coming soon.

Season 5 Event

The Call of Duty Twitter account hinted that a future event in Season 5 would show what the next COD game would be for 2023. It was left "redacted" on purpose by the account and the Call of Duty blog, but it is thought to be the leaked Modern Warfare 3 information.

Leaks have also shown the supposed release date for MW3, which is said to be in 2023 and will let you move your stuff from MW2 to the new game. "Join the ranks of Shadow Company to fight Konni forces and stop the threat of chemical weapons before it's too late," the event says. Call of Duty's social media will share more information about the event.
