The release date for Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is set for July 12, 2023. It will add new weapons, settings, and references to popular culture. Here are the first Season 4 Reloaded patch notes for Warzone and Modern Warfare 2.
Activision released the Season 4 Reloaded rundown on July 11. This was the first time that players of the battle royale, DMZ, or annual installment got a good look at all the new things that will be added with the update.
Given the Season 4 Roadmap, some of it doesn't come as a surprise. Other parts, like the new Temp V Field Upgrade, are right out of The Boys. Let's dig in!
Warzone 2 Season 4 Reloaded Changes
Vondel Battle Royale: The Vondel map, which came out with Season 4, will be played in a battle royale mode. It was first released as a DMZ Exclusion Zone and Resurgence environment, but it will now be expanded to include standard BR modes with up to 72 players per match.
Vondel Gulag: A new Gulag set in the Wine Cellar and Dungeon under the northwest Castle POI of Vondel is also coming out. Look at the picture below.
Resurgence Playlist Rotation: Resurgence modes will now switch between Ashika Island and Vondel, and group size modes will also come and go.
Occupation Scans are back, giving players jobs to do in-game within a certain amount of time. If you don't do it in time, your enemies will find out where you are.
Signals Intelligence Contract: The Signals Intelligence Contracts will be added to battle royale maps and settings right after they come out of the DMZ.
Portable Redeploy Drone: The PRD Field Upgrade shows up in Vondel, but not in DMZ. It can only be used by one Operator, so fly high and watch it go away.
DMZ: There will be new "Plea for Help" choices and "mechanics for Assimilation." In a new Hunt Contract, teams that hunt other squads could also be targets.
Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded Changes
Atomgrad RAID: The final episode of the Atomgrad Raid will come out with Season 4 Reloaded. This will give players a mission to do that follows on from the first three. We can of course help you complete it with our
Atomgrad Raid boosting service.
Vondel Waterfront is a new multiplayer game that is based on Vondel's Floating Houses. Expect happiness and violence.
General Changes
The Boys Crossover: New Field Upgrades, Bundles and map changes will be released to show a connection to the TV show The Boys. When a player buys the Temp V Field Upgrade, they get one of four random abilities. A "Limited Edition" of Warzone called "Operator vs. Superheroes" will also be released, but it won't change the game much.
New Weapon: MX Guardian Shotgun - The new Season's Battle Pass lets you get the MX Guardian, which is a fully automatic shotgun. Here's hope its not annoying the way like some older shotguns were. If you need the camos on it, just go to our
MW 2 Camo boosting service and get any camos for the MX Guardian you want. If you need help unlocking, head to our
MW 2 Gun Unlock service page.
The Looking For Party (LFP) system has been changed to make it easy to find friends, join parties, change your communication settings, and more.
Diabolical Camo Challenges - Diabolical Camo Challenges is the third part of the new mid-season custom, which consists of a set of challenges for each weapon class. This time, the Diabolical Camo Challenges give you two camouflages. The first is a Vought-approved grey camouflage that can be used on every weapon in a certain class once you finish the challenge for that class. All of the Diabolical Camo Challenges are listed below:
- Assault Rifles: Get 50 Operator headshots
- Battle Rifles: Get 25 Operator kills from behind
- SMGs: Get 250 Operator kills
- Shotguns: Get 30 Operator kills while prone
- LMGs: Get 30 Operator kills while using a suppressor
- Marksman Rifles: Get 30 Operator kills while mounted
- Sniper Rifles: Get 3 kills without dying 10 times
- Sidearms: Get 50 enemy longshot kills
- Launcher: Get 40 Operator kills
- Melee: Get 30 enemy kills
All of these challenges have to be done with a weapon from the right category, of course. And these challenges may line up with other tasks for Daily rewards, Camos, or Calling Cards.
So, the word "enemy" doesn't just mean Operators. It also means AI Combatants, like the ones you see in DMZ. So, for the Sidearm and Melee challenges, it might be easier to play some DMZ or the Multiplayer game Invasion and kill the AI Combatants instead.
When you've done all ten, you'll get a very evil (and very red) general camouflage that can be used on any weapon and a Weapon Charm that shows you've mastered this event.
Of course, we can also help you get your Diabolical camos with our
Diabolical camo boosting service.
