When Does Apex Legends Season 8 End?

Apex Legends Season 8 ends on May 11th, 2021. However, the first split ends on March 23rd, 2021.

The first split starts with the Kings Canyon, and in the second split, we will play on the Olympus.

Season 8 Ranked Changes

  • Points awarded for the match now start at 13th place, not 10th.

  • Kill/assist count increased to 6 which results in faster climb for good players.

  • You will now gain assists if the enemy dies within 10 seconds of your damage, up from 7.5.

  • Predator is now top 750, up from top 500.

  • Players under Diamond will now have tighter queues, meaning they’ll play vs even more similar ranks.

  • Diamond Skydive Trails will be a reward once again.
