Overwatch 2 Summer Games 2024 Event - Rewards and Dates

With summer here, Overwatch 2 Summer Games are back! The 2024 season brings the return of Lucioball and Winston's Beach Volleyball. This year's Summer Games feature seven new challenges. Completing each challenge rewards you with battle pass experience, icons, and sprays to help you progress quickly in your Season 11 Battle Pass.

When Does Overwatch 2 Summer Games 2024 End?

The Summer Games 2024 event ends on July 30th, 2024.

Overwatch 2 Summer Games 2024 Challenges

Players can take advantage of the seven challenges and three game modes to earn rewards. Besides battle pass experience, completing the event challenges also unlocks player icons and sprays.

The challenges are straightforward: play a certain number of arcade games, score, assist, or save in these modes, or use your ultimate a specified number of times in the Summer Game modes. The 2024 Overwatch 2 Summer Games feature three game modes: Lucioball, Lucioball Remix, and Winston's Beach Volleyball. All three are fun, chaotic, and set in a three versus three format.

Players can complete seven different challenges to earn rewards in the Overwatch 2 Summer Games 2024 event. Below are the challenge names, completion criteria, and rewards.

Lucioball Achievements

There are also five Lucioball achievements that can be done when Summer Games event is live. They are the following:

Lúcio Hat Trick: Score a goal, a save, and an assist in a game of Lúcioball.

Safe Hands: Score 3 saves in a row in Lúcioball.

Volley: Score a goal in Lúcioball with a shot taken from at least 4 meters in the air.

Quick Brace: Score 2 goals within 5 seconds in a game of Lúcioball Remix.

Frenzied Defense: Earn 15 saves in a game of Lúcioball Remix.
