How To Unlock Weapon Prestige Camos in MW3

In Season 3 Reloaded, weapon prestige camos are now available for every MW3 and MW2 weapon. Sledgehammer Games plans to release new versions of this camo in each upcoming season. Here's what you need to know about this new feature.

After about five months of playing, many Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone players have already finished grinding for weapon camos. Once you've unlocked Interstellar and Borealis weapon mastery camos, there isn't much left to achieve. To give players a new challenge, Sledgehammer Games has introduced a fresh grind for them to tackle.

How To Unlock Gun Prestige Camos in MW3

To unlock weapon prestige camos, you just need to max out your weapon's level. Once that's done, you'll need to earn 150k weapon XP. You can unlock these camos for each weapon individually, and there's no specific order to follow.

Sledgehammer Games gave fans a sneak peek of the molten gold animated camo on Twitter, but this is just the beginning. They've confirmed that four weapon prestige camos will be released over the next few seasonal updates. Each camo will have its own XP requirement, keeping players engaged throughout MW3's lifespan. This season's gun prestige camo is called One Trick.

Note that when a new prestige camo arrives next season, the requirement will be that you have the previous ones unlocked, that is, One Trick camo needs to be unlocked.
